Are you expecting and looking for a holistic and supportive experience to guide you through your pregnancy and prepare for motherhood? Look no further! This 5-week Prenatal Yoga Series is designed to empower you with strength, knowledge, and a vibrant community as you navigate this incredible journey. This isn't just a yoga class - it is a comprehensive wellness series crafted specifically for you! Each session combines gentle, strengthening yoga flows with invaluable insights from expert speakers, ensuring you feel confident, informed, and connected. Beyond the nurturing yoga practice, each week features a dedicated specialist sharing their wisdom: Pelvic Floor Health - Learn essential techniques to support your pelvic floor throughout pregnancy and beyond. Preparing for Birth - A compassionate Birth Doula will guide you through understanding your options and navigating the birthing process. A Lactation Specialist will share invaluable insights for a confident feeding journey. Preparing for Postpartum - A Postpartum Doula will help you plan for a supported and peaceful recovery period. Cancellation Policy
Registration & Deposit: To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration. Final Balance & Payment Methods: The remaining balance is due no later than one week prior the first session. You will receive reminder emails 10-14 days before our first class. You can settle your balance via Venmo (@anywhereyogi) or request a digital invoice to pay by credit/debit card. If the balance is not received by the one-week deadline, your spot will be released to the waiting list. Cancellations 7+ Days Prior: If you cancel at least one week before the series begins, your deposit may be transferred to a future series. Cancellations Within 7 Days: For cancellations made less than one week before the start date, the deposit is forfeited and is non-transferable. Medical & Pregnancy Loss Exception: In the event of a medical emergency or pregnancy loss, a refund or credit will be honored regardless of the timeline. Please note that for all issued refunds, a small processing fee (approximately 3%) will be deducted to cover non-recoverable transaction costs.
