Calling all Montrose mamas! Whether you're expecting, newly postpartum, or years into the motherhood journey, this one is for you. Mindful Montrose Mamas is a monthly gathering in collaboration with Mothers of Montrose. We'll start with some time to connect and socialize because community is the whole point. Then we'll move together through gentle, accessible movements you can actually incorporate into your day. Littles are welcome! Whether your children are on your mat, beside you, or running around, we'll go with the flow. No yoga experience needed. Just show up as you are. Limited mats are available upon request. Upcoming Session: July 9th 11:00am-12:00pm Flex Rec Room Investment: $10 pre-registration $15 at the door This class requires a minimum of 4 mamas registered by 24 hours before class start time. If we hit that minimum, class is on! After that point, last minute registrations and drop-ins are always welcome too. Cancellation Policy
At least 2 students must be registered an hour prior to class start. You may cancel your class registration up to 1 hour prior to the start of class. To cancel, please log in to your Wix account, navigate to My Bookings, select the class to cancel, and click cancel. If you do not have an account or have issues canceling online, please notify the instructor via text at 970-462-7572. Please note, cancellations cannot be made within an hour of class start and are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
