Service Description
This 4-week series at The Colorado Birth Collective is a dedicated hour to honor your recovery and connect with your new little one. We combine specialized postnatal movement for you with interactive baby and me play to create a shared experience that supports you both. The movement in this class helps relieve the aches and pains that can accompany early parenthood. We will move through gentle poses that release tension in the upper back and neck while gently supporting the reintegration of your core and pelvic floor muscles. You will also learn breath and mindfulness techniques that help restores a sense of calm and mental clarity during this busy time of your life. Your baby will enjoy baby yoga through gentle touch, songs, and massage. These playful techniques support health digestion and soothe your baby's nervous system to encourage better sleep. This shared practice strengthens your bond though play. Our space is baby-led and judgment-free. Is you baby napping or having a tough day? Come anyway! This is a supportive environment for you and your baby where you are always welcome to pause to feed, change, or cuddle your baby as needed. This series is open to caregivers at least 6 weeks postpartum with provider clearance and ideals for pre-crawling, non-mobile babies. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Space is limited to 10 pairs per series to ensure everyone has plenty of room and personalized support.

Cancellation Policy
Registration & Deposit: To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration. Final Balance & Payment Methods: The remaining balance is due no later than one week prior the first session. You will receive reminder emails 10-14 days before our first class. You can settle your balance via Venmo (@anywhereyogi) or request a digital invoice to pay by credit/debit card. If the balance is not received by the one-week deadline, your spot will be released to the waiting list. Cancellations 7+ Days Prior: If you cancel at least one week before the series begins, your deposit may be transferred to a future series. Cancellations Within 7 Days: For cancellations made less than one week before the start date, the deposit is forfeited and is non-transferable. Medical & Pregnancy Loss Exception: In the event of a medical emergency or pregnancy loss, a refund or credit will be honored regardless of the timeline. Please note that for all issued refunds, a small processing fee (approximately 3%) will be deducted to cover non-recoverable transaction costs.
