This isn't just a yoga class - it is a comprehensive wellness series crafted specifically for you! Each session combines gentle, strengthening yoga flows with invaluable insights from expert speakers, ensuring you feel confident, informed, and connected.

Dates: January 26th - February 23rd (5 consecutive Mondays)
Time: 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM
Investment: $150 for the full 5-week series 
Limited Spots! To ensure a personalized and intimate experience, we're capping this series at just 10 attendees.
