Signature 5-Week Series
A holistic journey through prenatal movement and education.
Think of this series as your one-stop shop for pregnancy and postpartum support. Beyond the movement, you'll be introduced to a network for local prenatal professionals dedicated to your journey.

The Full Series Roadmap
Each 90-minute session includes:

Community Connection: Time to land and connect with other mamas.

Expert Education: A 30-minute deep dive with a local specialist.

Mindful Movement: A 45-minute prenatal yoga flow tailored to the week's theme.

We believe every expecting mama deserves access to this kind of support. To help make that possible, a limited number of partial scholarships are available for each series.

Full and partial scholarships are available for the upcoming session. Scholarships can be submitted on behalf of yourself or someone you know.

Can't Attend the Full Series?
A la Carte sessions may be available (priority given to participants attending the full series). Contact me to express interest.
