If you've never done yoga before, good. This class isn't about being flexible or knowing the poses. It's about showing up, moving together, and remembering that your body deserves attention too. We'll keep it low key, a little playful, and entirely welcoming. Just show up as you are.
Yoga starts at 10am, and the tasting room opens at 11am. The rest of the morning is yours.
Grab an early bird ticket for $48 through April 18th. Regular tickets are $55 after that. Space is limited.
