Yoga Flow for the Community

Enjoy a slow flow yoga class and give back to your community! Slow flow is a low-impact yoga class that allows you to improve flexibility, balance, and strength while concentrating on the mind-body connection. This class is designed to be challenging and welcoming to various levels of yoga experience. 50% of proceeds will be donated to a local nonprofit. Please bring your own mat and props. Wear comfortable clothes that won’t restrict movement - e.g. leggings, shorts, or sweatpants and a comfortable athletic top. Arrive 5-10 minutes early to find your spot and meet your fellow yogis.
