As the busy pace of the holidays fades, join us for a deep, restorative practice designed to help you release physical tension and set clear intentions for the months ahead.
Enjoy a gentle, Restorative Flow in the warm glow of candlelight. The session will end with time dedicated to Intention Setting. We'll pause to reflect on what you want to call into your life in 2026, creating space for focus and clarity.
Every attendee will leave with a 100% natural beeswax candle from BlueCorn, a Montrose-based business. This candle is your physical anchor—a spark of light to take home and use to solidify your New Year's intentions.
Please Bring:
Your own yoga mat.
A blanket or warm layer for maximum comfort during restorative poses.
