Conscious Couples Prenatal Workshop

This 2-hour workshop will provide an introduction to movement, massage, and mindfulness techniques to help couples prepare for the birthing journey. All birth beings and partners (e.g. spouse, mother, sister) are welcome, no previous experience necessary. Limited number of mats and props available for attendees on a first come first serve basis.
