Service Description
This 5-week yoga series will explore gentle yoga movements, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques to calm the mind and connect with the body. Prenatal yoga improves flexibility, strength, and mind-body awareness to help ease stress and physical discomfort. The series is suitable for all trimesters (with healthcare provider approval), no previous yoga experience necessary. Class is limited to 10 attendees. A limited number of mats and props available for attendees on a first come first serve basis. Can't attend all 5 sessions? Drop-in's are welcome, space permitting.
